Routine gate maintenance
Gate adjustments, lubrication, and minor maintenance help keep your gates operating properly.

Qualifying routine maintenance and minor repairs are included up to the annual allowance.
Storm inspections
After significant weather, we inspect for damage and identify needed repairs.
Priority scheduling
Members get priority when maintenance or service is needed.
Preferred repair pricing
Members receive preferred pricing on larger repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Getting started
We inspect your fence, identify what needs attention, and bring it up to Bradshaw standards before your membership begins. Then we maintain and monitor it throughout the year.
Fence Care is a maintenance membership, not insurance. Major storm destruction, fallen trees, vehicle damage, vandalism, full replacement, and other major damage are not automatically covered. We’ll inspect damage and provide preferred member repair pricing.

2-Year Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our installation. Our workmanship warranty covers qualifying installation defects caused by our workmanship, subject to the written terms provided with your project. This covers fence and gate installation workmanship. Any coverage for opener equipment, replacement parts, or repair service is stated separately in your written quote or invoice.
